How Big Should a Logo Be On a Hat?
When it comes to hats, the size of the crown is a crucial factor in making sure your logo stands out! Going too big and you'll lose definition; going too small won't even be seen.
To strike that perfect balance between visibility and aesthetic charm, we suggest choosing 2 1/2" in height for an embroidered patch or 2.5" by 3.25". This way, everybody will see your design with crystal clarity!
What Is the Right Size for Front Embroidery?
For the perfect custom embroidered look of your hat, it's important to find the right size. With headwear in particular, a great overall width is 3.5" although 4" can also work well - just be sure not to go any larger!
When it comes to height 2 1/2" should suffice but if you prefer something bigger on flat bills then exceptions may be made.
